History Of Savannah Cat
In 1889 for the first time, a breed between an Asian leopard cat and a domestic cat was mentioned after the publication of ” our cats and all about them” written by Harrison Weir. In 1927 Bodem Rloss wrote “Cat Gossip” about the hybrids between wild and domestic cats in Malaya. Savanna became popular among the breeders in the 1990s. The international cat association accepted it as a new breed in 2001. Savannah was accepted as a championship breed by TICA in May 2012.
On April 1986 Judee Frank, a breeder crossed a male with a domestic cat to produce a Savanna. Patric Kelly and Joyee Sroufe for the first time wrote about the original verse of Savanna and presented it in 1996. Now it is a well-known and famous cat all over the world.
Lifespan
